Privacy policy

What we collect

To fulfil an order we need your name, phone number and email address, and — for delivery — your address and any instructions you give us. If you add an allergy or preparation note, we collect that too and pass it to the kitchen.

If you create an account, we additionally store a securely hashed version of your password and your saved addresses. We never store your password itself.

We do not collect or store your card details. Payments are processed by Stripe, and card information goes directly from your browser to Stripe without passing through our servers.

How we use it

To prepare and deliver your order, to contact you about that order, and to provide receipts and order history.

If you opt in, to send you occasional emails about deals and new items. Every one of those has an unsubscribe link and opting out never affects your ability to order.

In aggregate and without identifying you, to understand which items sell and when we are busy.

Who we share it with

Our payment processor (Stripe) to take payment, and our email and SMS providers to send order updates. Each of them receives only what they need to do that job.

Delivery couriers receive your address and phone number for an active delivery.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else's advertising.

How long we keep it

Order records are retained for as long as we are required to for tax and accounting purposes. Marketing contact details are kept until you unsubscribe.

You can ask us to delete your account and associated personal data at any time by contacting us.

Your choices

You can order as a guest without creating an account. You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time. You can request a copy of the data we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it.

Cookies and local storage

We use your browser's local storage to remember your cart, your chosen location and whether you want pickup or delivery. That data stays on your device.

We use a strictly necessary cookie to keep you signed in if you create an account. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
